w tej niepozornej zielonej roślince kryje się wiele witamin i innych dobroczynnych składników ...

dość o pokrzywie czas ją zjeść !..

zaczynamy od płukania   pod silnym strumieniem wody..
"osuszamy " z nadmiaru wody ..
na patelni rozgrzewamy masło lub olej ..ja użyłam masła Ghee..

jajecznice z pokrzywą przygotowujemy tak jak jajka ze szpinakiem :)
 opcjonalnie dodajemy cebulkę lub inne dodatki...
w smaku przypomina szpinak ...i wcale nie kuje ;)..
