    Do you have an old white skirt lying around that you no longer wear? Why not turn it into a stylish new top with a collar and puff sleeves with ruffle? In this tutorial, I will show you how to recycle your old white skirt and turn it into a lovely top in just a few simple steps. Materials: Old white skirt Scissors Sewing machine Thread Pins Iron Fabric marker Ruler Buttons Instructions: Cut the Skirt: Cut the skirt along the waistline to separate the waistband from the skirt. Then, cut off the hem of the skirt to make a straight edge. Cut the skirt according to the length you want for your top. Cut the Sleeves: Cut two rectangles from the remaining skirt material for the sleeves. Make sure the width is the same as the width of the top and the length is twice the length of your desired sleeve length plus 2 inches. Fold the rectangles in half and cut a curve at the top edge for the sleeve cap. Cut the Collar: Cut a rectangle from the remaining skirt material for the collar. ...
