Przepis na przepyszny dżem z czarnego bzu :)

Potrzebne składniki:

0,5-1 kg dojrzałych owoców czarnego bzu najlepiej żebrać go w sierpniu i we wrześniu :)
0,5-1 kg cukru

ilość owoców na cukier 50% / 50%



 Sposób przygotowania 

Owoce umyć na dno garnka wlać pól szklanki wody  wrzucamy czarny bez   gotujemy na małym ogniu aż owoce puszczą sok .
następnie .dodajemy cukier i gotujemy dalej   często mieszając aż nasz dżem zgęstnieje
gorący dżem przelewamy do słoików i pasteryzujemy z 20 minut pod przykryciem w garnku

Ps. Wybieramy tylko te czarne owoce czerwone i zielone odrzucamy !
