Po 1 łyżce zmielonych bratków, skrzypu polnego i rumianku,
 1 łyżkę drożdży i kilka kropli 3 procentowej wody utlenionej 

rozprowadzić ciepłą, przegotowaną wodą, nałożyć na twarz i przykryć mokrą gazą, zwilżoną w gorącej wodzie.

Potrzebujesz: 

2 czubate łyżki stołowe glinki ,
 125 ml naparu z pokrzywy, 


Glinkę zmieszać·     
z ciepłym jeszcze naparem pokrzywy i nalewką z arniki, nałożyć na twarz i pozostawić na 20 minut. Zmyć ciepłą wodą.
 Przy ostrym trądziku stosować dwa razy w tygodniu.
